The Facility
Every square inch of our unique facility is designed to enhance production. Features numerous advanced technology/machines with high-tech equipment which increases efficiency, productivity, safety, and quality assurance, which means we can manufacture your project on time and in full, every time.
The Factory
The journey from raw material to finished product is all undertaken on-site in our factory. Located in Port Qasim, Karachi provides an excellent base with good transport links for the distribution of products to customers throughout Pakistan and overseas. As part of an ongoing development program, the factory itself has seen substantial growth. We have expanded the internal site by 40% and the external storage area by two-thirds. This has considerably improved our storage and distribution facilities. The extra space also enables us to store many key products from the TUFAIL range as stock items for immediate dispatch.
More than 100 staff are employed at this site. We are also a resource for helping customers with product guidance, maintenance/handling, and troubleshooting. The people who make products are often more knowledgeable about their performance, variability, and repair than the people in field service.

BLOW MOULDING
We are also in the production of Blow Moulding. The process of blow moulding is widely used to produce hollow containers that range from commodity products, such as soda or water bottles, to highly engineered products such as gas tanks or electrical enclosures. At Plant, we have our own Blow Moulding setup producing cans. Since a large quantity of chemicals is being produced and also being exported to domestic and international markets.
